Hugh Jackman, Supernatural, and an aurora [I read stuff]
Wherein I read things, laugh [or not], and pass them on to you…
• Ready to fight the enemy: Muscle man Hugh Jackman strips off to reveal six pack ahead of new X-Men film
• With two of Supernatural’s characters trapped in Purgatory at the end of this past season, could we see some familiar faces returning? And how will the separation of Sam and Dean affect the rest of the show? The Supernatural cast and crew were on hand at San Diego Comic-Con to tease the possibilities for the upcoming season. Minor spoilers.
• Metro Vancouver and North American stargazers were treated to a rare and electrifying treat this weekend. As the result of a powerful solar flare on July 12, skywatchers had the chance to see the aurora borealis, also known as the Northern Lights. The light display, which was best seen outside Metro Vancouver due to a lack of light pollution, lit up the night sky with a shimmering display of blue, yellow, purple and green.
